Goals and Objectives
Over the years many people in different places have rendered practical help on a private basis. These and other experiences have encouraged us to expand these initiatives and structure them.
ASEC wants to: coordinate comprehensively the community assistance projects in the Chaco, support and promote them, and expand them. We strive for cooperation with and between the private partners and government authorities. Donations are to be recorded and administered with transparency.
